These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "you") and BetMGM Michigan, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and operational partners (collectively, "BetMGM", "we", "our", or "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the BetMGM Michigan website, mobile applications, and all associated iGaming, digital casino, and sports betting services provided herein (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account, downloading our mobile application, or otherwise accessing and using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, clearly understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, House Rules, and any game-specific rules. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our Services and close any existing accounts. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email or a notification upon your next login. Your continued use of the Services following any modifications constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.
To lawfully open an account and participate in any real-money gambling or sports betting activities on BetMGM Michigan, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. It is a strict violation of Michigan state law and this Agreement for anyone under the age of 21 to utilize our Services. We employ rigorous identity verification checks through third-party agencies to confirm the age and identity of every applicant. If we are unable to verify your age, or if we determine you are underage, your account will be immediately terminated, and any funds or winnings will be forfeited or handled in accordance with the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) regulations.
In accordance with state law and MGCB regulations, all real-money wagering must occur strictly within the geographical boundaries of the State of Michigan. You are not required to be a resident of Michigan, but you must be physically present within the state lines when placing any wager. Certain individuals are legally prohibited from using the Services. You bear the sole responsibility for ensuring your use of the Services does not violate any professional, ethical, or legal restrictions applicable to your specific profession or status.
To access the full suite of real-money games and sports betting markets, you must register and maintain an active user account. You are strictly permitted to hold only one (1) account across the BetMGM Michigan platform. The creation of multiple accounts under different names, email addresses, or aliases in an attempt to bypass limits, claim multiple bonuses, or engage in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent banning of all associated accounts.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, permanent residential address, date of birth, contact telephone number, email address, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). Under federal anti-money laundering (AML) laws and the USA PATRIOT Act, we are required to verify your identity. If our automated systems cannot verify your identity, you may be required to upload government-issued photo identification (such as a Driver’s License or Passport) and a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. You are solely and completely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, biometric login settings, and any other security credentials associated with your BetMGM Michigan account. You agree not to disclose your login details to any third party, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to be customer support representatives. BetMGM will never ask for your password. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account. We shall not be held liable for any financial losses or damages incurred as a result of a third party accessing your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
BetMGM Michigan provides a variety of secure payment methods for funding your account, including credit/debit cards, e-wallets (such as PayPal), ACH/e-checks, online banking, and wire transfers. The name registered on your chosen payment method must strictly match the name registered on your BetMGM account. We do not accept third-party deposits. By initiating a deposit, you authorize BetMGM to process the charge and confirm that you have sufficient funds to cover the transaction.
You agree not to dispute, deny, or attempt to reverse any deposit or transaction made to your BetMGM account (a "Chargeback") without prior written consent from us. If a Chargeback occurs, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If the Chargeback is deemed fraudulent or a violation of these Terms, you will be liable for the initial deposit amount, any resulting negative balance, and any administrative fees or legal costs incurred by BetMGM in recovering the funds.
You may request a withdrawal of your available cash balance at any time, subject to internal review processes. We strive to process withdrawals as swiftly as possible; however, processing times vary based on the chosen withdrawal method. For your security and to comply with AML directives, we reserve the right to process withdrawals back to the original method used for deposit whenever possible. We also reserve the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or if you have failed to complete required KYC verification steps. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are detailed in the cashier section of the app.
All bets and wagers placed via the digital casino or sportsbook are subject to our specific House Rules. A wager is only deemed valid and accepted once it is confirmed by our servers and appears in your account's bet history. In the event of a communication failure or network disconnection during a transaction, the record on our secure servers will be deemed the final and absolute authority regarding the status and outcome of the wager.
While we strive to provide flawless technological services, system malfunctions, software bugs, or human errors can occur. MALFUNCTIONS VOID ALL PAYS AND PLAYS. If a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed, improper payouts being credited to your account, or a game functioning outside of its intended mathematical design, BetMGM Michigan reserves the absolute right to void the affected wagers, cancel any resulting winnings, and adjust your account balance accordingly. We are not liable for any lost potential profits resulting from such voided bets.

All promotions are subject to these Terms as well as the specific Terms and Conditions attached to the individual promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and are subject to specific Wagering Requirements (also known as Playthrough Requirements). You must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before it converts to withdrawable cash.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Actions considered bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome offers, exploiting software glitches to clear playthrough requirements, or participating in syndicate betting. BetMGM reserves the right to revoke bonuses, seize associated winnings, and permanently close the accounts of any user found engaging in promotional abuse.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BetMGM from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms, your violation of any state or federal law, or your infringement upon the rights of any third party.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Michigan.
If you have a dispute or complaint, you agree to first contact our Customer Support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally to your satisfaction, you retain the right to escalate the matter by filing an official patron dispute with the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB).
You may close your BetMGM Michigan account at any time by contacting Customer Support and requesting a full withdrawal of any remaining, unencumbered cash balance. Conversely, BetMGM reserves the unequivocal right to suspend, restrict, or completely terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we suspect you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in illegal activity, committed fraud, or if directed to do so by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
